And then the content begins. Updates seem to alternate between exclusive video scenes with matching picture galleries and “bonus” scenes which I can only imagine are sourced from popular tranny DVD titles. Exclusive updates are weekly, with bonus updates in between. So every week you’ll get one exclusive video and a matching image gallery, and one bonus video.

At the moment (April 2008), the archive stands at a total of 110 videos. 72 of those are the videos are exclusive scenes and the other 38 are labeled as bonus. They may be exclusive, but it looks more likely that they’re scenes from DVD titles.

Typically the video scenes run for about 30 minutes. In the accompanying picture galleries, you can expect anywhere between 50 and 170 pictures. Usually you’ll find at least 100. It’s pretty rare that you’ll come across a gallery with less than that.

Pictures are impressively sized, measuring in at around 1200 x 800 pixels in size. Well above what you can expect to find in most websites. Extra features include a slide show (perfect for hands free browsing) and a downloadable zip, so you can easily save the entire gallery to your computer.

Videos are available to be streamed or downloaded. If you want to download the video, you get a choice of a single full-length video file or a series of clips (with each scene broken up into 6 clips). The full-length video is only available in high quality whereas the clips are available in both high and low quality. For streaming, only the clips are available and only in the low quality option. The high quality videos measure a very respectable 720 x 576 pixels in size and are encoded at about 1.63Mbps (approximately 1630kbps). The lower quality videos are significantly smaller, but you lose a lot of quality. They’re just 384 x 288 pixels and are encoded at 544kbps.
